We are located in the Mississagi Valley which is located in the heart of
Algoma District and is one hour North of Thessalon, Ontario and 2 1/2
hours East of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Although we are not located on
a lake, the type of fishing we have to offer gives you the opportunity
to get away from the busy lakes and boats and have a true wilderness
experience. We are in close proximity to many good fishing lakes - some
are remote and have to be hiked to or you need ATV access. Others can be
driven to. Our location gives you the opportunity to experience Northern
Ontario's untamed wilderness at its best.
Blue
Heron Resort
Fishing the Spanish River or the North Channel of Lake Huron offers
anglers a wide variety of fishing action and beautiful scenery. Walleye,
Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, and Perch tend to be the most sought
after, but there are also Muskie, Crappie, pan fish, Catfish, Rainbow
Trout, Salmon, and more. From the dam at Espanola, which is 40
miles away, to the mouth of the river, we are the only resort. There are
a few scattered residences along the river, but you will have very
little competition for quiet places to fish. It is a secluded setting.

River. Our cabins and lodge are nestled on a picturesque rocky point of
Bushwell Bay. We're located on the Whalesback Channel of Lake Huron at
the mouth of the Spanish River. This means you have two great water
systems to fish. The Spanish River is one of the most productive rivers
in Northern Ontario for walleye in particular. Many of the surrounding
lakes are stocked from the Spanish River.

You want monster pike? We've got 'em, along with lake trout, whitefish
and walleye. Drive to our base camp on Lake of the Mountains. Drive,
then boat to our outposts on Rocky Island Lake. Fly-in to our remote
outposts on Bark Lake and Marty Lake for excellent pike and lake trout
fishing. Load up your gear and get ready for adventure! Two of our
remote outposts can only be reached by plane, which means total privacy,
and you know you'll be the only one there fishing for that lunker laker
or northern pike. Our reasonable rates assure you can do this trip again

Mountain
View Camp
is your family vacation destination. We are located on the quiet end of
lake of the Mountains or Lake Duborne as it is locally known. There is
plenty to do to keep the family busy. There are miles of hiking trails
to explore, swimming and fishing. In the evenings sit back and relax
while watching the beautiful sunsets. In the winter enjoy Cross Country
Skiing, Ice Fishing, snowmobiling and Snowshoeing. You can fish here for
Northern Pike, Perch, Bass, Walleye, Trout or fish on any of the other
numerous lakes that are in the area.
Mountain
View Fishing & Hunting Lodge
Located on the North shore of Nepewassi Lake, where you can enjoy
fishing for pickerel (walleye), large & small mouth bass, muskie, tiger
muskie, northern pike, perch and burbot. Nepewassi Lake is 16 miles
long, narrow and considered one of the cleanest lakes in the area. It is
a cool water lake with an average depth of 15' with holes up to 60'
deep. We rent boats & motors and sell gasoline, bait & tackle.

Open in all four seasons, we are nestled in the midst of pristine
wilderness, 31 miles north-east of Elliot Lake or 50 miles north of Iron
Bridge, on the east end of Mount and McElrea Lakes. Our scenery is
spectacular, the lakes are crystal clear and the rugged
hillsidesFrontier Lodge are breathtaking. Frontier Lodge is
pleased to offer clean, bright, modern accommodations in your choice of
2 & 3 bedroom cottages. All cottages are facing the beachfront
overlooking beautiful McElrea Lake. Several of our cottages are
wheel chair accessible.
